Rakeem Christmas scored a game-high 19 points for Syracuse as they defeated Cornell 61-44 Wednesday. The Orange defense was exceptional to start the game as they held the Big Red to 5-of-15 shooting on their way to a 23-12 halftime lead. Syracuse opened the 2nd half with a 16-5 run and never looked back. The Orange head into ACC play on a three-game winning streak.
